The Tower House is a unique 1860 Victorian home in a park-like setting just one block from Beacon’s extraordinary Main Street. It features two* private residences—Garden and Tower—each with their own distinct character.
Former Beacon City Planner John Clarke wrote of this house: “The architecture contains elements of Gothic Revival, Italian Villa, and second empire styles. This house is one of the most intact examples of type, scale and period in the City. It possesses special historic and aesthetic value as part of the cultural history of the city.”
*The Tower House is currently a legal two-family home, but could easily be returned to a grand single family residence.
